This is a 2015 Mercedes AMG GTS 190. It is one of the most exotic Mercedes cars the company has ever built. The Mercedes AMG GTS brand is a premium division of the Mercedes company. Mercedes AMG has developed a name synonymous with luxury, speed, and high performance. The Mercedes AMG division is one of the finest in the world.

Poor Quality by Previous Mobile Detailer

My client had been using another mobile detailer in Ocala and had just become disappointed in this detailers efforts. They were always showing up late and the quality of work was very lacking. The last job this mobile detailing company did for her, an entire door was not even washed. The company then charged her for a wax on the car in question.

Qualifications: Insured and Certified

After listening to all of my clients concerns and needs, and given her previous experience with a mobile detailer, she was understandably cautious. I explained to her I am insured by State Farm. I am one of only two certified and skills validated IDA detailers in north central Florida which means we are tested on a variety of scenario’s when we are performing a detail on a clients vehicle. We are also visibly tested with our use of the proper machines required to properly detail a clients vehicle.

My client and I then discussed her specific needs and concerns on her Mercedes. I told her there are quite a few options available to her. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to high end detailing. Every vehicle is different and every vehicle has its own story of how it got to the condition that it is currently in. After listening to what she wanted to have done, I explained that we could do our Concours Detail Package on her Mercedes AMG GTS. This would be our most thorough detail. Every crack and crevice will be cleaned and decontaminated. Going forward we could then do a Maintenance Detail once a month at a fraction of the cost and it will look new all year long. When I was done my client was amazed with the results.
